Dragun Beauty: The DragunEgg Transformation Kit Review

ABOUT DRAGUN BEAUTY

Dragun Beauty was created by Beauty Influencer Nikita Dragun. According to Nikita (who is a transgender woman), Dragun Beauty was created for transgender people and for all people. Dragun Beauty’s launch consists of two complexion products: DragunFire Skin Perfecting Potion ($25), which is a universal color corrector, and DragunHeart Transformation Face Powder ($35), which is a setting powder palette to highlight the face. These two products are offered together in the DragunEgg Transformation Kit ($55).

DRAGUN BEAUTY REVIEW

When I heard that Nikita was dropping a color corrector (and not a liquid lipstick like everyone had thought after seeing her first reveal promo video), I was ecstatic because this was a different product coming into the beauty industry, and I was also looking for a new color corrector (because the last one I had didn’t work so well). So during Dragun Beauty’s initial launch, I was able to get my hands on the DragunEgg Transformation Kit.

Influenster Review: Dr. Brandt Radiance Resurfacing Foam VoxBox

So Influenster sent me a Voxbox with some Dr. Brandt products. The one that they wanted me to test out was Dr. Brandt Radiance Resurfacing Foam.

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

It comes in a pretty blue ombre white bottle with a plastic shaving/blading tool. The bottle feels super light, almost feels like as if they bottle was empty, but it is most likely because of the product being a foam type substance.

The box states that this “self-foaming action activates alpha hydroxy acids, which chemically smooth and even skin tone. A no-blade tool sloughs off dead skin cells to help reveal smoother, more radiant skin. The leave-on formula generates a moisture reservoir that instantly hydrates for up to 72 hours.”

Influenster Review: Vacay VoxBox

I was lucky enough to receive the Vacay Voxbox from Influenster. The Vacay Voxbox contained many goodies for me to test out. The items inside the box were: Kiss Pageboy Blowout Lash, Invisibobble original traceless hair ring, Eva NYC clean it up shampoo, Eva NYC mane magic 10-in-1 primer, Sour Patch Kids iphone card holder, and a coupon to get a free bag of Sour Patch Kids Freeze Candy or Fire Candy. I received all of these complimentary for testing purposes and below is my review of all of these items.

Em Cosmestics

Remember that one girl, the OG, that did makeup videos back in the day? That girl was Michelle Phan and she was one of the first Youtube star known for her creative makeup videos. She quickly gained fame and partnered up with L’oreal to create her first ever makeup line, Em. I remember when that line launched, I was so proud of her and she became an inspiration for me. At the time of the launch, I was still fairly young and didn’t really have money to just splurge on makeup. So I could only buy one item and that one item was the Chiaroscuro Contour and Highlighter Stick (pictured below) from that line. I was so excited to use it once I got it because it was one of the first highlight and contour stick ever. I remember that it was pretty creamy but very flimsy at the same time (like the product on both side wanted to fall out from the tube). I remember liking the idea of the stick but this stick didn’t work so well for me, it didn’t show up much for me and it didn’t last very long either. I didn’t bother buying any of her other products because I saw and read reviews over them and it was bad. I thought this line was discontinued but I found them on Amazon. I don’t know if they are authentic or not but the images shows what her products use to look like.
